Sports massage is a massage therapy for all people especially for athletes. Depending on the needs, it can be relaxed or deep tissue with  different kind of techniques such us trigger point techniques, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue release, myofascial techniques, mobilizations,... to release blockages and constraints and to improve  flexibility in the muscles, to improve fitness and prevent future injury.
